Coordination & Planning

NDIS support coordination and planning covers the people who help a participant run their plan rather than deliver a support to them. The two main roles are easy to mix up: a support coordinator helps a participant understand the plan and find and connect services, while a plan manager handles provider invoices and keeps track of the budget. Task management is a third option, for participants who need help organising day to day tasks and appointments. These roles are funded separately from the supports themselves. Provider24 lists 43 coordination and planning providers in six states and territories. Browse the list, compare, and connect with a provider direct.
