Hands of Hope Support Services

Hands of Hope Support Services (2H2S) is an NDIS registered care service provider based in the Northern Territory. Our focus is on promoting positive relationships between our support team, participants, their families, and the community. We believe in collaborating with our clients and their families to make informed decisions about how we can best meet their individual needs.

At Hands of Hope, our experienced and well-resourced management leads a team of service experts and support workers who offer a comprehensive range of NDIS-supported care services in the Territory. While we are committed to supporting people with disabilities, we also prioritize the general wellbeing of the community. We strive to employ staff from the community and ensure that there is a correlation between staff and client cultures.

We offer services to participants aged 7 to 64 of diverse cultural backgrounds in Darwin and its environs, both in the comfort of their own homes and in our supported accommodation facilities. Our services are friendly, of high quality, and promote integrity, respect, and dignity. They are also affordable and accessible to all who require care. We tailor our services to suit the individual needs of each participant for as long as they are required.
